This is where we start. A free 30-minute conversation to explore what's bringing you here and see if we're a good fit to work together. There's no pitch, no pressure, and no obligation. You'll leave with at least one concrete insight about your situation, whether or not we continue working together.
Cancellation Policy
Welcome to masharusanov.com. We are dedicated to providing exceptional clarity & communications coaching sessions (50 minutes), strategic communications consulting for organizations (50 minutes or extended sessions), and team development workshops. Clients can schedule appointments online and are required to make full payment at the time of booking to secure their appointment. You may cancel or reschedule appointments online up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty; however, changes made within 24 hours of the appointment time are subject to a fee equal to 10% of the session cost to cover administrative costs and time reserved. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge for the full session fee. Refunds are provided upon mutual agreement between the client and the service provider, with approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days.
