Something is happening right now that you can't quite resolve on your own. A difficult conversation you keep avoiding. A decision you've been circling for months. A relationship dynamic that keeps repeating, no matter what you try. In this session, we slow down, look at what's actually driving the situation, and work from there. Most people leave with a clarity they couldn't reach alone.

Appointments are booked and paid for online. You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no charge. Changes made within 24 hours are subject to a fee of 10% of the session cost. No-shows are charged the full session fee. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and processed within 5-7 business days when approved. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. If you need support in those areas, please seek a licensed professional.
