I offer workshops and coaching for leadership teams, people managers, and cross-functional groups who are done losing time and productivity due to broken communication.

Most communication problems inside organizations are skill gaps in how people handle pushback, navigate competing priorities, say no without burning a relationship, or stay grounded when a conversation gets charged. These patterns repeat because nobody ever taught the team the right tools for managing these situations. I spent 20+ years inside Silicon Valley tech companies such as Google and Intuit, watching this happen, and I've spent the years since building the tools to fix it.

 

As someone who holds a Master's degree in negotiation and conflict resolution, is an ICF-ACC credentialed coach, court mediator, and author of Repatterned, I help organizations and individuals learn those tools through workshops that create shared language across a team and one-on-one coaching that goes deeper with the individuals who need it most.

Difficult Conversations for Leaders

 

For managers and senior ICs who need to hold their ground, push back up the chain, and say no without damaging the relationship. Covers conflict defaults, negotiation tools, and a practiced framework for responding to tough asks.

For teams that want to understand why they get reactive under pressure and what to do about it. Grounded in neuroscience and built for the realities of cross-functional work. Participants leave with a shared language and concrete tools they can use the same week.

Communication Under Pressure Intensive: A Half-Day Workshop

For teams that want to go deeper. This half-day session combines conflict resolution and negotiation skills into one cohesive experience, covering how people default under pressure, how to shift from reactivity to strategy, and how to handle tough asks, pushback, and misalignment with confidence. Participants leave with a shared framework and the practiced tools they can apply immediately.

One-on-one employee coaching

Some communication challenges are too specific, too layered, or too personal to address in a group setting. Employer-sponsored coaching gives individuals dedicated space to work through the situations that are in front of them: a difficult manager-direct report relationship, a recurring team dynamic, or a high-stakes conversation they keep avoiding.

Sessions are tailored to the individual and can be structured as a set number of sessions or an ongoing retainer, depending on what the organization needs. This is a benefit that pays for itself quickly when the alternative is a derailed project, a disengaged employee, or a preventable exit.
