Clients can schedule appointments online and are required to make full payment at the time of booking to secure their appointment. I am dedicated to providing mediation sessions (1 hour or multiple-hour sessions), family transition support—including divorce coaching, co-parenting strategy, and blended family coaching (45-minute sessions)—and life coaching sessions (45-minute sessions). You may cancel or reschedule appointments online up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty; however, changes made within 24 hours of the appointment time are subject to a fee equal to 10% of the session cost to cover administrative costs and time reserved. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge for the full session fee. Refunds are provided upon mutual agreement between the client and the service provider, with approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and full session fees apply regardless of late arrival. In emergency situations, please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend; in certain cases, the 10% fee for late cancellations may be waived at our discretion. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this booking and cancellation policy. Coaching is ideal when you're seeking personal guidance and strategies to handle family transitions, while mediation is best when two or more parties need help reaching agreements. During our free 30-minute consultation, we can discuss your specific situation and determine which service better suits your needs.
Family transition coaching focuses on navigating changes in family dynamics, offering practical strategies and support during transitions like divorce or remarriage. Unlike therapy, which often explores past experiences, coaching focuses on present challenges and future solutions, helping you create actionable plans for positive change.
No, a divorce coach is there to support one of the divorcing parties through the process. Unlike a mediator, who works with two or more parties to help them reach agreements, a divorce coach focuses on providing individual support, guidance, and strategies to help one party navigate the emotional and practical aspects of divorce. This is different from couple's therapy, which involves both parties working together to improve their relationship or resolve issues within the relationship. Divorce coaching is more about empowering one individual to manage the transition effectively.
Divorce mediation is a process where I act as a neutral third party to help you and your ex-partner resolve disputes and reach agreements on issues like parenting plans, finances, and asset division. This approach is often faster, less expensive, and less stressful than litigation.

Mediation is typically faster, more cost-effective, and less adversarial than going to court. It also allows you to maintain control over the outcome rather than having decisions imposed by a judge. Learn more about my mediation process here.
Co-parent coaching helps divorced or separated parents collaborate effectively in raising their children. Together, we focus on improving communication, establishing boundaries, and creating parenting plans that prioritize your child’s well-being.
Collaborative co-parenting involves active communication and shared decision-making. Parallel co-parenting minimizes interaction, allowing each parent to operate independently within agreed-upon guidelines. I can help you determine the best approach for your family.
Co-parent coaching typically involves 6-10 sessions, depending on your family’s specific needs. Sessions can be adjusted based on your progress and goals.
