Cancellation Policy

Welcome to masharusanov.com. We are dedicated to providing exceptional mediation sessions (1 hour or multiple-hour sessions), family transition support—including divorce coaching, co-parenting strategy, and blended family coaching (45-minute sessions)—and life coaching sessions (45-minute sessions). Clients can schedule appointments online and are required to make full payment at the time of booking to secure their appointment. You may cancel or reschedule appointments online up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty; however, changes made within 24 hours of the appointment time are subject to a fee equal to 10% of the session cost to cover administrative costs and time reserved. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge for the full session fee. Refunds are provided upon mutual agreement between the client and the service provider, with approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and full session fees apply regardless of late arrival. In emergency situations, please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend; in certain cases, the 10% fee for late cancellations may be waived at our discretion.
