Service Description
Perfect if you're seeking immediate insight on a specific challenge, need focused support to make a difficult decision, or wish to experience my guidance firsthand. In this dedicated 50-minute session, we'll dive deep into your current situation, apply core principles to unlock new perspectives, and identify clear, actionable steps you can take right away. You will gain clarity on a pressing issue and leave with 1-3 actionable steps.
Cancellation Policy
Services Provided: I offer parent and co-parenting coaching, blended family coaching, divorce coaching, pre-mediation coaching, life coaching, and mediation services. Individual 45-minute coaching sessions cost $150, and mediation sessions (60 minutes or more) are $250 per hour. Package options: a 3-session package for $400 (valid for 3 months), a 5-session package for $650 (valid for 6 months), and a 10-session package for $1,200 (valid for 12 months). Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and do not auto-renew. Brief email or text support between sessions is available for clarifying questions & has a 24-hour response time. Mutual Responsibilities: Clients agree to be on time, fully present, and honest during sessions, complete agreed-upon actions, and take responsibility for their decisions. I commit to professionalism, punctuality, honest feedback, confidentiality, and creating a supportive coaching environment. Payment Policy: Payments are required at the time of booking. Packages must be paid in full, and refunds are not issued for unused sessions unless both parties agree in writing. Sessions are conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, or in person. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients must provide 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows incur the full session fee. Emergency exceptions are considered case-by-case. Confidentiality and Privacy: I maintain strict confidentiality, with exceptions for imminent risk of harm, suspected abuse of a minor, legal obligations, or client consent. Sessions are not recorded without mutual written consent, and third parties are not allowed without prior agreement. Role and Limitations of Coach: I am not licensed to provide mental health, legal, financial, or medical advice. Clients are encouraged to seek qualified professionals for these services. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Unused prepaid sessions are refunded, minus fees and outstanding payments must be settled within 7 days. Legal Considerations: I do not provide expert testimony, written reports for legal proceedings, or legal representation. Disputes will first be addressed through mediation. Certification and Reporting: Coaching hours reported to certifying bodies will maintain client confidentiality, sharing only session length and type.
